About
01
A wardrobe is a
decision system.
Founded by Maryann Santos
ARC was built on a simple premise: your wardrobe should function the way your practice does — with structure, intention, and precision. Not as a collection of impulse decisions, but as an architecture.
Maryann Santos spent years working with high-achieving professionals who dressed well by effort, not by design. They owned good pieces but lacked a system. Every morning was a small negotiation between who they were and what they had. ARC eliminates that friction.
The practice takes on a limited number of clients each quarter. Each engagement is a full architectural commission — not a shopping trip. The result is a wardrobe that works without effort, communicates without noise, and holds its value over time.

Who This Is For
02
Built for those
who have no time
to think about
what to wear.
Physicians & Surgeons
01You operate under high visibility and low time. Your wardrobe should communicate authority before you speak — and require zero thought on a 5am call day.
Precision over trend. Function before form.
Attorneys & Partners
02The courtroom, the boardroom, the client dinner. Each setting demands a different register. ARC builds wardrobes that shift fluently between all three.
Versatility built into the architecture.
Executives & Founders
03You are the brand. Every room you enter, you are being read. ARC ensures what they read is exactly what you intend.
Intentional presence. Consistent identity.
Business Owners
04You have built something. Your wardrobe should reflect the same level of considered investment you bring to every other decision in your business.
Craft applied to personal presentation.
The Process
03
Five phases.
One architecture.
Every engagement follows the same disciplined sequence — Align, Refine, Curate, Assemble. The client always knows what phase they are in, and why.
Align
Discovery & Mood Boarding
An introductory session to understand the client — their role, routine, and where their current wardrobe is falling short. Together, a mood board is built that defines the visual and functional goals for the arc ahead.
You receive
Lifestyle and role assessment. Wardrobe gap analysis. Preliminary mood board direction.
Refine
The Closet Edit
An in-home closet audit. Every piece is assessed against the Phase I goals; anything that no longer aligns is removed, freeing the space — physically and mentally — for what comes next.
You receive
Fully edited wardrobe. Categorised and organised. Donation and consignment coordination.
Curate
The Build-Out
Sourcing and shopping for the new wardrobe, piece by piece, against the approved mood board — so every addition earns its place from day one.
You receive
Curated shopping list. Brand and retailer recommendations. Personal shopping accompaniment.
Assemble
Fitting & Outfitting
Back in the client's home: trying on, pairing, and building out a rotation of finished outfits, so the new wardrobe is proven to work in real life before the engagement closes.
You receive
Complete outfit rotation. Proven combinations. Wardrobe fully functional before close.
Organise
Closet Organisation — Optional
The closet itself is organised for effortless daily use — arranged so the finished wardrobe is as easy to access as it was to build. Available as an add-on to The Full Arc.
You receive
Fully organised closet system. Arranged for intuitive daily access.
